What We Do
One partner for sourcing, screening, preparing and dispatching Officers and Ratings to your fleet.
We source, screen and supply Indonesian Officers and Ratings that match each principal's vessel type and rank requirements.
Every certificate is checked on the official Ministry of Transportation website (Dephub.go.id) and matched against the Seaman's Book.
Rank-based interviews under STCW and the ISM Code, followed by pre-joining training so crew are ready before embarkation.
We host the owner's own interviews with selected candidates via Microsoft Teams from our office.
Agency support for vessels calling at Indonesian ports, alongside our crewing services.
Crew Recruitment & Certification
Our recruitment flow starts the moment a principal sends a crew request.
After receiving a crew request from the Principal, we immediately publish a job advertisement on Facebook, Instagram and seafarers' WhatsApp groups.
Applicants fill out the Application Form through the QR code provided on the advertisement.
We review the database to identify crew members who have submitted the form.
Selected candidates are contacted by email and asked to submit their CV with scanned copies of valid documents.
We recheck the CV and verify the documents, including matching the CV data with the Seaman's Book.
The authenticity of certificates is verified through the official website of the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation (Dephub.go.id).
Interviews led by Capt. Yon Hendri. Every candidate is interviewed for their rank, Officer or Rating, using a standard set of STCW and ISM Code questions.
Deployment Process
Crew requested by the owner are shortlisted and several candidates are submitted.
All candidates are interviewed by Capt. Yon Hendri according to their rank.
